Where Angels Dare 2007

Coventry University Entrepreneurs (CUE) warmly welcomes you to its flagship and most exciting event of the year: Where Angels Dare 2007.

CUE will award £30,000 in cash prizes to the winners of our prestigious business creation competitions in an exciting Dragons' Den style showdown!

Since 1999, CUE has had over 450 entries and has awarded over £280,000 in grants to 31 business ideas. These companies have raised more than £15m further funding and are currently valued at more than £30m. Our competitions help create global companies.

Date: Monday 18th June 2007

Time: 18.30 - 21.30

Venue: The Guildhall, Guildhall Street, Coventry, CB2 3QJ

Attire: Business Casual

Food and drink will be provided.

CUE will announce the winners of the Coventry University Entrepreneurs CUEBiC & 3P Business Creation Competitions and will award £20,000 of cash prizes to the best business opportunities. The CUEBiC winners will then have the opportunity to pitch onstage to a panel of business angels and early stage investors, in the style of Dragons' Den, for a further cash prize of £10,000.

The Coventry Angels Robert Sansom, Sherry Coutu, Ewan Kirk and Andy Richards return to our investor panel and are joined by CREATE Partners and IQ Capital.

Where Angels Dare 2007 will provide an excellent opportunity for networking, with members of the Coventry and regional entrepreneurial community present. We hope that you will be able to join us for this celebration of entrepreneurial spirit and ideas at the University of Coventry.
