Windnet represents the concept of a network of suppliers, consultants, investor owners and electricity suppliers who, through co-operation within a group, will be able to deliver renewable energy, revenue and jobs in rural communities in the UK and beyond. Windnet Ltd is a seed company which will identify and involve partners in Windnet Group to design, build and operate medium sized wind turbines. Sharing of risks, skills, responsibilities and rewards through the business model is a founding principle of this network which will enable local community ownership and profit from the free energy blowing across the land.
