In the UK, 37million tyres need to be disposed each year and cannot be landfilled from 2006. Garages pay 1/tyre to have tyres collected from them and disposed. Tyre collectors stack whole tyres in their trucks. Our mobile processing solution would have 30% lower collection costs than our competitors. We could charge garages less to collect and redistribute materials for recycling. Given an investment of 200,000 we estimate to have a 12% market share with 3.6 million annual profit, after 5 years (21 months for break even).
