CU Entrepreneurs Competitions - "Your chance to win a share of 60K"
Over the last 3 years, CU Entrepreneurs has become renowned for its generosity in awarding teams with promising business ideas with cash prizes to help them start their own companies. So far, we have distributed over £140,000 in prize money and created many businesses, headed by students and members of the university.
CU Entrepreneurs are continually developing the way in which the society and its competitions operate and are sure that you will find the 2002/2003 competitions even more rewarding.
As is now the tradition, CU Entrepreneurs will be offering the chance to enter two competitions:
Business Plan Competition: All you need is a good idea and you could win one of up to ten £1,000 prizes. It’s yours to spend! | |
Business Creation Competition: You bring the idea, the team and the determination. We give you training, mentoring, networking and a share of £50,000. Not for the faint hearted! Finalists get to showcase their entries at a grand networking dinner in London, hosted jointly with MIT. The winning team will also be entered into the Global Entrepreneurship Challenge which was held in Singapore in 2002 (and which we won!).
